Dear David,
As a realtor, you go the extra mile and that's putting it mildly. I've had a little experience with realtors over the years and I've been lucky enough to have good ones (mostly), who have done things to help make the house show better, but I've NEVER had anyone willing to do the things you did!!!! Power wash not only the house for sale, but another as well! And cut shrubbery!!! And bake and bake and bake for potential buyers AND ME!

We live in our dream home!
We purchased our first home in October of 2008 and had the most wonderful experience. We had heard many horror stories of endless searching and nightmare real estate agents so we weren't sure what we were getting into. David worked non-stop to search for homes that fit our preferences. He was the one who suggested that we look in the neighborhood where we eventually decided to buy our home. We never felt like we were looking at homes with an agent, instead we felt like we were looking at homes with a friend. After we chose our home, David worked hard to negotiate with the builder so that we felt like we were getting a great deal too. Words can't express how grateful we are to him for all of his hard work. We live in our dream home because of him. Our family would recommend David to anyone in search of a new home.

Thank you for all your efforts on my behalf in the recent sale of my house on Rock Quarry Rd. It was a hard decision to make since my parents built that house in 1957.
This may not have been the best time to put another house on the market, but you undertook the challenge and saw it through to a successful completion. Your conscientiousness and professionalism made it much easier to part with my house. You kept me apprised of your efforts all along the way so that there were no surprises.
